On registering for the LAT Trading Programme, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to abide the full (i) LAT Terms and Conditions and (ii) IA Terms and Conditions.

Students are expected to conduct themselves, at all times, in a manner which demonstrates respect for LAT staff, fellow students, members of the public and LAT Property. Breaches of the student code of conduct may constitute gross misconduct, which may lead to expulsion from the course.

To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and associated parties exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

Registration on the course constitutes registration as a student with LAT and/or IA. Students agree to be bound by LAT and/or IA Code of Conduct (clause 2) and Terms and Conditions of Registration.

Your enrolment on a course of study requires sharing of personal information about you (including “Sensitive Personal Information”) between LAT and IA. You give your express permission for the sharing of information for the purposes of managing your application, enrolment, academic achievement, fees management and related activities. All information will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
8. Confidentiality
You shall not, except as authorised by LAT, divulge to any persons, firm, company or other organisation whatsoever at any time any confidential information belonging to LAT or relating to its affairs or dealings which may come to your knowledge during your association with LAT. All papers are considered to be confidential, together with any copies or extracts thereof, made or acquired by you in the course of your time with LAT.

LAT and IA Terms and Conditions are subject to change. We communicate changes through updates to our websites. It is advisable to regularly check for updates.

Refer a Friend
The London Academy of Trading (“LAT”) Refer-a-Friend Scheme rewards individuals for introducing new students to LAT courses. By participating, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Definitions
- “You” / “Referrer”: A current or former LAT student who is referring someone.
- “Friend” / “Referred Student”: An individual being introduced to LAT who is not currently enrolled or in contact with LAT about joining a course.
2. Eligibility Requirements
- You (the Referrer) need to ask your Friend to complete the LAT Refer-a-Friend Form at https://www.lat.london/refer-a-friend
- The Friend must be new to LAT and not already in discussions with LAT Sales Advisors. (Note: In certain cases, LAT senior management may override this condition at their discretion.)
3. Referral Rewards
- For valid referrals, once both the Referrer and Friend have paid their LAT course fees for their relevant course, both the Referrer and the Friend will receive:
- Up to one year of access to LAT’s Trader Development Package, including:
- Access to fifteen live interactive daily webinars per week (7:30, 12:00 and 16:15, Monday to Friday)
- Unlimited access to LAT Xchange Discord community to discuss markets and trades with LAT tutors, other students and alumni
- Free days on the LAT trading floor with a four-screen trading desk, direct access to tutors and face-to-face lectures
- Up to one year of access to LAT’s Trader Development Package, including:

- You must have paid your LAT course fees in full (if applicable).
- The Friend must have paid their full course fee for their chosen LAT course.

- You may refer multiple friends. Each Eligible Referral qualifies for a separate Reward.
- LAT reserves the right to amend or withdraw this scheme at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the LAT website and become effective immediately upon posting.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Funded Trader Audition
To qualify to participate in a Funded Trader Audition sponsored by LAT (and there is no obligation to participate) the following conditions in this clause will apply.
The sponsored audition is available to all LAT students who provisionally pass their Level 5 Diploma in Applied Financial Trading.
If you wish to participate, you can simply email tutors@lat.london, with Cc. to admin@lat.london to let us know you wish to go ahead. You will then be provided with the details of the LAT-approved third-party commercial organisation to provide the Funded Trader Audition as well as the details of the exact audition to be sponsored by LAT. You will be required apply and pay for the audition yourself (as required by the audition provider), but you can immediately claim the cost of the audition back from LAT by sending an email to admin@lat.london with your proof of purchase.
During your participation, you will be responsible for your own decisions and will do so on your own account and at your own risk. You must comply with any terms and conditions imposed by the funding company. Neither LAT nor you will be liable to the other for any loss of the amount of the audition in relation to your participation and LAT shall not be liable for any failure by you to achieve the required audition trading targets.
You must notify LAT of any issues with the audition as soon as possible and in any event within 1 week of the issue arising. Unless you notify LAT in accordance with this clause, LAT shall have no liability for that issue.
LAT shall not be liable for any avoidable loss which you could have avoided by taking reasonable action. LAT shall not be liable for costs, expenses and trading losses incurred by you if you decide to participate further following the completion of your initial Funded Trader Audition, including where you pass any auditions or enter any schemes or phases offered by the third -party organisation.
Nothing in this agreement limits any liability which cannot legally be limited by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to cancel any participation in the Funded Trader Audition without reason for 14 days after the decision to participate, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You can exercise this right until you begin to take part in the audition, but once you enrol or start, you will not be able to cancel.
