HomeAlastair has forged a nearly decade-long career in Financial Markets, first obtaining a Distinction in the Level 5 Professional Financial Trading Programme before going on to qualify as a Chartered Financial Technician (CFTe). He specialises in monetary policy and macroeconomics, with a focus on central bank communication, rates dynamics, and the cross-asset impact on commodities, equity index futures, and European bond markets. Alastair utilises price order flow, fundamental analysis, and market profiling. Since joining the LAT Team, he continues to share his technical knowledge, helping others to realise their own goals whilst trading a private fund.
